Early stages of the police investigation indicate that it is really unlikely that Justin Bieber will be charged for assaulting a 12 year old boy during a laser tag match. The survelliance tape from the gaming facility failed to capture what happened and eyewitness statements do not back up the claims made by the 12 year old boy. The investigation is still ongoing.
